"there are nicer budget hotels in Durham"

i had booked a room with shared bathroom but was given one with an ensuite

corridors were a bit smelly. the room was OK, but no toilet paper and soap dispenser didn't work. Wifi code wasn't displayed. The night receptionist wasn't very friendly.
