"cheap but not cheerful!"

not very clean - the floor was sticky. no soap in the bedroom sink and the dispenser in the toilet didn't work. I was woken by the very noisy plumbing when someone ran water next door. Staff difficult to understand.

Great value for money. It is a basic standard. If you want the Ritz, I'd go elsewhere, but if you are looking for a low cost bed for the night. This does the trick just fine

"Spent 2 nights, it was basic, just adequate."

The bed was comfortable. shower had hot water Reception Guy was helpful

Location on housing estate Very noisy during the night as it accommodates homeless people, mostly men. Lift does not work, steep stairs. No bath mat Heating was not turned on in room No food, local shops 10 minute walk.

"do not stay at this so called hotel is it a halfway house for ex prisoners drug addicts and alcoholics I was booked it"

DO NOT STAY HERE !!!!!

the hotel is awful people arguing and screaming in the corridors till 2am it is some kind of halfway house for social services

"Best budget hotel I've ever stayed in"

Best nights sleep I've had in years.The staff carried my luggage up to the first floor room. Staff were very polite and helpful. Lovely modern bathroom. Amazing value for money.

Scratched furniture. Not that it bothered me.
