Noisy. People stayed until midnight outside of room and I was unable to sleep. Also, whlet meen I arrived at hotel no one was present to let me in.

We have a wonderful time here in Auberge de Founex.

Very pleasant reception from landlord and the staff. Gladly met all of our wishes. Car parking, size of rooms, surroundings and restaurant all ideal. Would not hesitate to recommend it to others looking for good quality accommodation at a budget price.

The location is enchanting to say the least, located amongst vineyards and a few steps form Lake Geneva, one cannot find many hotel with such a beautiful surroundings. The room is correct, the bathroom comfortable. The breakfast is either in the cosy dining room or outdoors weather permitting. The Auberge being the heart of the village, locals teem the place creating a lively atmosphere.

The pillows are few and far too soft, the towels are old fashion, not thick enough, the headrest in my room is an awkward low contraption that impedes one reading a book or watch TV. The power outlets are few in this day when you need has to charge a host of devices. The personnel lovely except for what I think was the owner who complained that I was 5 minutes late for breakfast, especially considering that the bistro is opened for business. I told her to try to start the day with a smile, she mumbled, but a nice lady took over with a polite smile. I believe that with a small investment the Auberge could become a precious jewel.

Beautiful views from our room, spotlessly clean & comfortable. Hosts were very friendly & provided a lovely French breakfast with outstanding coffee.

Found carrying luggage up two flights of narrow stairs difficult without a lift so will definitely request ground floor next time.

Handy location, car park close by, clean room and facilities, breakfast was fine, plenty to eat

No lift, and they close between 2.30pm and 5pm. They did open up when I rang, but it would have been helpful to know beforehand so I would have arrived at a different time.

Breakfast was simple but good, Next the Hotel there is a play park for kids . parking just in front. Not far from geneve 20 min and some little beach
