The property was well maintained and walking distance to Legoland

The food services was poor, our server was lovely but food selection and preparation were awful! At free buffet there was TWO choices of cereal, no milk and received attitude when asked to replenish. Went to fruit and toast area, there was 2 apples. Nothing more. Then we received a small skillet of food for a family of four. While seeing other families receive trays. When our meats finally arrived, we received raw turkey bacon. The entire resort was poorly staffed. Too much money spent on automated customer service and not enough on hiring live people. For the costs you could afford to employ more!!! No one available to answer questions or concerns. The fact that at your price level parking is not included is disgusting and immoral. We will not recommend this property or return.

The park was great, the hotel facilities great, the food better than I expected. The vibe was every bit as good as I had hoped

Check in was 45 minutes late. Check out kiosks don’t recognize the reservation, not just me. You have one desk for checkout and she spent 10 minutes answering a question while 8 parties waited to check out. Two staff were assigned to the kiosk doing nothing productive. Very inefficient and correctable. At Check in and check out times the desk needs to be better staffed with personnel attuned to the process. You are hosting families with kids and 45 minutes corralling kids in the lobby is not what anyone wants. Certain rides had one person doing check ins, belt checks, announcements, and check outs. Also very inefficient. My major issue is with restaurant staff. They were completely untrained. At dinner we got drink menus when we sat down, but didn’t get a follow up visit from the waiter for 25 minutes. After both dinner and breakfast I waited a good 10 minutes for waitstaff to come for the check. I had to take the check and walk around looking for our waiter. We loved our stay. Fix these few correctable issues and you will be a first class kid destination

We really liked the lobby and the store.

The price is too high for what you get. The breakfast was the worst hotel breakfast I have ever had. The beds were uncomfortable. The dance party elevator didn’t play music. The rooms were mediocre. Since we went through booking.com we had to pay to leave the property for dinner and pay again when we came back.

It was close to the park. And the atmosphere was very good.

Paying over $500 for one hotel night was a little crazy. The food at the buffet was awful, which we paid $100 for 4 people two adults two kids

It was great! Had activities! Clean, love the Lego theme! Very fast check in. Playground the kids love. Love the creator builder workshop. The playground full of legos! A little store, breakfast is included!

It did not have microwaves!!!! More actual arcade games and not cranes. More shade for the outdoor pool since kids get exhausted from the heat and causes family to leave early. I also didn’t like the all you can eat style dinner. Some of us just want appetizers or certain entrees and eat in our rooms vs staying in the restaurant
