Attente un peu longue lors de notre arrivée avant notre prise en charge.

Nous avons passé un séjour excellent ! Les piscines, le cadre, le restaurant gastronomique tout était parfait ! Une vrai parenthèse de détente nous reviendrons !

Das Hotel hat eine sehr schöne und elegante Architektur. Die kleinen Terrassen fühlen sich sehr privat an. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet. Das Personal ist ganz überwiegend sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Essen im Restaurant ist ein kulinarisches Highlight!

Leider konnten wir keine Anwendungen/ Massagen oder auch Aktivitäten wahrnehmen. Das Hotel hat uns 4 Tage vor Anreise einen Fragebogen gesendet, in dem wir den Wunsch nach Massagen geäußert haben. Das Spa-Team hat uns am Tag darauf mitgeteilt, dass keine Kapazitäten mehr frei sind und wir auf einer Warteliste stehen. Danach kam nichts mehr. Vor Ort im Spa habe ich nochmals nachgefragt, auch nach Alternativen, und wurde blasiert abgecancelt.

Pillows not comfortable at all. No air conditioner and vent too noisy. The room is too small.

L'emplacement est exceptionnel et très ressourçant. L’hôtel est calme et tout est écoresponsable. Le petit déjeuner est un vrai plaisir tant par la choix que par la qualité des produits.

Je regrette l'absence de jets dans le bassin de relaxation qui est juste un bassin d'eau chaude. Assez déçue par le massage au SPA (mais nous sommes des spécialistes des massages et trouvons rarement la qualité attendue dans ce type de SPA).

Not enough cooling or thermal insulation of the buildings so not suitable for hot weather( and even June)

So calming and quiet. A peaceful retreat from the normal fast pace of life.

No shower curtains in the bathrooms. House keeping trolley’s in the hotel corridors until late into the afternoon House keeping room door always open in passageway

High quality hotel, nice spa, very relaxing place, parking perfect and location very quiet. of course is the opposite of city life.

wifi is only on demand with a router to be connect and take few restart before working. this is made because of the healthy policy so is very good from this point of view.

We love the restaurant, price quality was excellent. Breakfast was amazing but not included in the price. We recommend to take it! Space is really ideal to reconnect to nature, cute town near by with good food options. Free Yves rocher products offered, which is a nice gesture upon arrival.

The water was a bit cold in the pool facilities - note that this is shared with daily visitor of the spa, it can get a bit busy. It’s important to understand that due to the eco resort , no sauna or WiFi.
