"Super Preis Leistung für Köln"

Ich habe nach einem bezahlbaren Zimmer in Hürth für meine Mutter und ihre Freundin gesucht und dieses Hotel hatte alles, was wir wollten: gute Anbindung nach Köln Zentrum und Brühl mit den Öffis (Bahnhof nebenan), Parkplätze und Frühstück inklusive, Zweibettzimmer, Restaurant im Haus und für uns passende Checkin Zeiten. Gute Erreichbarkeit und Kommunikation im Vorfeld auf Nachfragen. Die Gäste waren zufrieden und haben sich willkommen gefühlt. Die Betten waren bequem und es war sauber. Danke an das freundliche Personal, ich habe nur Gutes gehört.

Es gibt nichts zu meckern. Ein kleines Problem mit dem Zimmer wurde vor Ort schnell und professionell gelöst.

The location was great. Staff in general was good.we enjoyed our stay..

When we checked in we had to carry our luggage up the steep stairs. My shoulder was hurting from a bike accident. The employee saw us struggling with the our luggage and just sat down at the base of the stairs and played with his phone…..he watched us drag the luggage to the second floor… we were so disappointed.

Personal super freundlich und hat uns Kaffee raus gebracht,weil wir eine Zigarette rauchen wollten. Bett sehr bequem, Bad mega ( Suite) und alles sehr sauber.

Einen Wasserkocher und Kaffeesticks auf dem Zimmer wäre eine Empfehlung

Parken direkt beim Eingang Ok! Sonderwünsche bzgl. Alternative zu Kaffee wurde ohne Aufpreis erfüllt. Auch Kannen mit heißem Wasser durften wir für Teezubereitung mit aufs Zimmer nehmen.

Frühstücksangebot für die Zimmerpreise mit beworbenem Frühstücksbuffet entsprach leider nicht dem erwarteten Niveau. Die Fotos in der Werbung zeigen andere Qualität. Kaffee über den gesamten Aufenthalt zu kalt.
