Some areas of the poolside are rough and sharp

This is a perfect example of how 5* hotels should be runned. Everything is so well thought through, from activities, to accomodation, to cleaningnes, to restaurants! Beach is clean and water is crystal clear. Well done ! We booked to come again next year (our 3rd time) staff are so friendly and go above and beyond for all guests !

We had a slight issue with not having clean towels in room. I would suggest appointing a housekeeping supervisor to ensure rooms are finished up to standards.

We had an amazing stay at Atlantica Dreams Resort in Rhodes. The hotel is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers excellent service throughout. A special thank you goes to Marios Kapetanos, the Guest Relations Manager, who made our vacation even more enjoyable. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for guests were outstanding. He was always available, attentive, and ensured that every detail of our stay was perfect. A big thank you to Dimitrios, the pool bar bartender, for his outstanding service, positive energy, and always making us feel welcome. Great job! 👏🍹

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Atlantica Dreams Resort and could not be happier with our experience. The hotel itself was stunning, and there was always something fun and exciting to do — from padel, boxing, yoga, and water polo, to many other activities led by incredibly talented instructors, especially Roberto, who made every activity enjoyable and memorable. The evening shows were also absolutely amazing, with extremely talented singers and dancers. What made the experience even more special was how warm, welcoming, and approachable they all were. They truly made us feel at home from the very beginning. The food at the hotel was excellent as well. My mother is both lactose intolerant and gluten intolerant, and both the buffet restaurant and the à la carte restaurants were incredibly accommodating and always happy to help. We especially want to thank Andreas, who had a main role at the buffet restaurant. He was exceptionally kind and always made us — especially my mother — feel cared for and comfortable. We would also like to give a special thank you to Anastasia and Mich at the reception. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always lovely to talk to. They truly made us feel looked after throughout our stay. Sevastos was also extremely kind and always eager to help whenever needed. A huge thank you as well to the lovely women who cleaned our room every day — your hard work and kindness did not go unnoticed. We would also like to thank John, Toniia, Zachos, Paula, and Alex for their kindness and for contributing to such a wonderful atmosphere during our stay. Last but certainly not least, we want to give a very special thank you to Andres, who had a guest relations/social role at the hotel. He is genuinely someone we will never forget. He has such a beautiful heart and spreads so much joy wherever he goes. He was truly incredible and made our hotel stay even more special and unforgettable. We stayed at this beautiful resort with our daughters to celebrate my partner’s 60th birthday, and the experience was truly exceptional from start to finish. Having traveled extensively and stayed in luxury properties around the world, I can confidently say the level of service here stands out. After contacting the General Manager, Mr. Hadjialexandrou, our requests were seamlessly handled by Mr. M. Kapetanos, Head of Guest Relations. Every detail was perfectly arranged—from room preferences (coffee, pillows, housekeeping timing) to thoughtful birthday decorations and a wonderful cake. Nothing was overlooked, and everything was delivered with genuine care. A special mention goes to the Executive Chef and his team for the outstanding culinary experience across all à la carte restaurants. The Swedish Princess cake prepared for the occasion was exceptional—on par with the best bakeries in Sweden. The Greek restaurant “Kuzina” was a particular highlight and is highly recommended. We stayed in a Family Private Pool Beachfront Suite, which was very spacious and well designed. It offered ample storage and a layout that allowed both comfort and practicality—even accommodating the occasional need to work without disturbing the rest of the family. The private pool and in-room amenities, including Nespresso coffee and tea facilities, exceeded expectations. Despite visiting in mid-April with less favorable weather, the resort offered a wide range of activities such as yoga, fitness sessions, and excursions, ensuring there was always something to enjoy. The availability of on-site car rental was also very convenient. The all-inclusive offering was another strong point, with generous, high-quality food and drinks—something that is not always guaranteed in similar resorts. Overall, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Their dedication, professionalism, and truly guest-oriented approach made this a very special celebration for our family. A suggestion would be to simply install small curtins on the bathroom windows to prevent sunlight from entering in our room in the early morning. Better attention at breakfast for service pick up
