Location and price

Extremely old building and it looks like abandoned. It really needs urgent maintenance A/C was not working and you feel like if you were in a stove reason why We needed a room change

Very convenient for the ferry on arrival and for the bus to the border the next day. Breakfast was quite good, plentiful and included. Room 19 is attractive and has ocean views on 3 sides (the only room on the second floor); it's a smaller room but perfect for 1-2 people. It also has a large bathroom with an overhead shower. The second room we booked for the kids had less light but was spacious and comfortable.

A. Historic hotel. Lots of character.

The room was clean the bathroom was upgraded from the last time we stayed at the hotel very nice

The breakfast could have a little more variety maybe a piece of sausage or bacon or even pancakes

Leaving.

Not an opinion but facts: No one was there to greet me or let me in. No staff and no guests. Someone finally came after45 minutes to let me in. The only guest. Then it was another 15 minutes while they tried to get the power working. There was no toilet paper, I had to text the owner. There was only a small hand towel and one USED small bar of soap. Roosters nearby in the yard kept me up from 3:00 am on. The advertised restaurant was closed. No supper no breakfast. The last 2kms of the road are dreadful! No credit card payment available. One big light in the ceiling and the small lamp stopped working. I am a small man and the room made me feel claustraphobic

Location was ok. Breakfast was ok.

Room wasn’t clean, specially the bathroom. There were cockroaches and other insects.
