Poor hygiene, smells of smoking, checking in was hell: it was late (I had told them), but they still had to check tons of things and couldn't reach the boss for some reason. Staff were good people but overall poorly organized and bad service for me arriving late and just wanting a room.

We booked two rooms for our large family, and the manager, Anand, kindly accommodated us with adjacent rooms. The food was enjoyable, and the staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. While the location was convenient overall, it was a bit far from some of the places we needed to visit—but we were aware of that beforehand.

The breakfast selection could be expanded to offer more variety.

Overall, considering the price and star rating, we were satisfied with our stay. The staff was very accommodating, and the manager, Anand, went above and beyond—especially in helping us navigate language barriers. The food at the hotel was decent and enjoyed by the children. The location near 32nd Avenue was convenient, though the immediate area felt quite crowded and offered limited options within walking distance. That said, rideshare services like Uber make it easy to reach many attractions nearby.

The breakfast selection could be expanded to offer more variety, and the property would benefit from some refreshing and upkeep to enhance the overall guest experience. The room was a little chilly in the morning.
