I don't think I have encountered more accommodating front office staff in any of my (many) previous hotel stays. The property manager Mr. Anand Kumar and his assistant Piyush were simply exceptional. Anand took care of every one of our needs, including late check-in, putting an additional bed in the room, extending our stay, changing our room, resolving a parking situation, and checking out late (with temporary storage of luggage). Combined with the very central location of the property in Gurugram, including being right next to 32nd Avenue, a great hangout place with many exceptional eateries, this made our stay very convenient and comfortable. In summary, awesome - thank you so much Anand and Piyush!

"Unexpectedly nice! A no frills, quiet, convenient place that offers great value for money. Would defintely recommend."

Clean. Very nice, friendly people. The Managar, Mr Anand was most helpful in every way. Well located in Sector 15. Easily accessible at all times.

The neighbouring building has some loose metal plates on the road that make sounds when cars run over them. Try a room away from that side.
