- super location and at the heart of the city - great welcome from the staff - clean

- a bit noisy especially with the birds « crying » all night

Beautiful space in a perfect location. Staff was constantly going out of their way to assist with parking. Rooms were so spacious, I felt like I was living in my own hacienda. Marvelous hotel and a beautiful “magic town” in the Yucatán.

The rooms were nice and big with a big bathroom, good a/c, good location, coffee making facilities and drinking water

No English was spoken at the property but this is also my fault for very limited Spanish, pool was empty

location in Izamal, size of the room, combination of old hotel and modern facilities/bathroom, kindness of all staff and value for money..

it does not have a restaurant nor even good coffee (only nescafe), but that was really not much of an issue as there’s a very good restaurant, Los Arcos, 20 meters down the street.

The location was perfect. We loved the pool and the staff were outstanding. ❤️

Nothing. We loved it. They bent over backwards to accommodate us.
