Staff member did everything to meet and exceed my requests and make me feel welcome.

A coffee maker or some access to coffee would have been nice.

A complete surprise. Looks like a regular place outside. Its like walking into a differnt world inside. Great nautical decor. Lots of classic furniture. Nice sized pool. Rooms really nice. Bed amazingly comfy!

Minor issues. Showerhead really needed descaling. No restaurant but he did sell us beer which was happily accepted. No coffee facilities

Dust needs to be removed from lobby, room ceiling and some furniture inside the room. Pool towels have been under the sun and dust for a long time. Lawn pillows are old and could be cleaner. Shower needs to be replaced.

Really liked the hotel, it was really cute and had a nice pool, although it was too cold to swim in (April). Good location, could walk to the malecón and had good restaurants around. We had the budget room for 3 days and it's small (the bed is smaller than a double!) but we actually liked it as it has a spiral staircase leading up and felt secluded from the other rooms. The shower had good water pressure and was warm.

We ran out of toilet paper and soap after 2 days and it was hard to find someone to ask for help to get more.
