very clean room and friendly staff. They clean our room everyday after we left and I love that!

the wifi is a bit shaky. overall it meets the expectations.

Owner was very kind and helpful. The rooms had a rustic feel to them but I felt as soon as I got there the pictures were misleading.

As soon as you walked in the room it smelt damp/mouldy and that smell was persistent the whole stay. I don’t know for sure but might be in a bit of a rough part of town and I only say that because we had a early flight and without knowing it the gates were chained and padlocked shut, locking us in and making us have to jump the fence. Would be incredibly inconvenient if you couldn’t do so.

The staff did not speak English. We had to catch early bus and checkout at 6am. Staff was nit there despite us communicating this in advance. One of our bags was in the freezer and the kitchen was locked! When the manager showed up, he demanded $35 US for our own bag and at the end did not give it to us!!! He basically had our luggage hostsge! We were forced to leave behind about $110 of fish. Room had no windows and it was noisy at night because staff was partying. The bar/ cantina was not open for guests. Really terrible hospitality ethics and seriously overpriced for the value.Worst hotel experience in a decade!

good location, super clean close to el malecón. Within walking distance of museums and restaurants. staff was great specially Cassandra.

Exterior room doors was really tough to shut. Room service left it open all day after going in my room thinking it was closed and locked, it doesn’t shut properly. showers don’t have doors nor curtains so the water splashes into the bathroom. I would be nice if they had a small refrigerator to keep drinks cold.

We did not stay we went to another hotel

No shower door so it was impossible to keep the floor dry when showering.
