Quando cheguei no hotel, a recepção disse que a reserva não existia e que não tinham nenhum vínculo com o booking. Além disso não foi possível pagar através do booking o hotel. Cheguei a noite, cansado e ter essa surpresa de que a reserva não existe é muito complicado, ainda por cima o hotel dizendo que nao tinha vinculo com o booking.
