The location is fantastic, and the staff were so ready to help! The view is unbeatable in Lucerne!

We loved everything about it. No complaints.

Excellent updated room overlooking the bridge with a small balcony. Very comfortable bed and a great shower.

Location is great. And the view from the room was wonderful. The staff was very nice, friendly, and helpful. The bed was quite comfortable. Very convenient to everythign in the city. You can walk everywhere if you are so inclined.

We enjoyed our stay. some people might not like that it is an older building, but we thought that was part of the charm. {you are in the old part of the city). You can hear the noise from the restaurants below a bit, but it's not bad and it does cut out early enough. The windows are decent sound barriers.

Very clean comfortable room , great access to the train and bus station.

Location was great as far as access to the city. Not great for noise.

We had to open the window to cool off since there is not air conditioning. However, the party people in the pub were so noisy they kept us up. We eventually had to close the window for noise and used the fans for cooling.
