the airport shuttle the staff and comfortable bed. Only thing we don't like the noise from the road is very noisy .

the noise outside you can hear the vehicle . Glass door seed double glazed. Apart from that is good.

"Perfect stay option not too far from the airport"

We were pretty pleased with the upgrade we received to the Suite . The experience was absolutely brilliant , with a large living space and a large bedroom on its own . Since we were travelling with a 2 year old , she had all the space to run around . The staff were very kind and helpful . Thank you we certainly had a wonderful stay .

Great location for early airport check in, with free shuttle bus service. Nice restaurant in the hotel itself. Friendly and helpful staff.

Main issue was uncomfortable room temperature. Aircon old and not working properly and room on corner of building where the outer walls were subjected to intense sun and heat all day, turning them into a radiator! Bed placed right next to warmest wall too, which didn't help. Staff very helpful and tried to improve aircon unsuccessfully. Also brought in a huge fan, but that was very noisy. Was kindly moved to a cooler room, but that was right next to Main Street, where traffic noise was horrendous all night and early morning. So I was moved again to a room in centre of hotel. No windows, but no matter. Cool and quiet. All good, but by now it was about 1am and I needed to get up by 4:30am, so it wasn't the best night's sleep! Issue is design and positioning of rooms. I must say the staff on duty were extremely calm, polite, patient, supportive and kind. Not their fault and they did the best they could and ultimately found me a good, available room.

All of the staff at Goldberry Suites are gracious, friendly, and professional. Working together as a team, they make for a wonderful stay. The room was spacious, very clean, nicely furnished...a good value and great location close to the airport. Moreover, it was peaceful and quiet. I will definitely return to stay again.
