Goldberry Suites & Hotel Mactan

This hotel has been by far my favourite hotel - first booking in to the Goldberry Suites Hotel since 2012. Always a warm welcoming staff that are always very helpful and accommodating! Very clean a d a wonderful array food for the free breakfast- always a great start of the day! Always professional.

I booked a Standard room 5 months out and requested a double bed. This could not be accommodated which was disappointing. The food in the restaurant was not that great. It had ok flavor but the cooking of meat was not good.

Close to the Airport,staff are nice and helpful,room is clean and spacious.

A good place to stay the night near the airport

The facility is clean, staff were friendly. Bed was comfortable, water hot, room quiet. Convenient location near the airport. Bank ATM next door.

They have a policy that the airport shuttle leaves on the hour. I reserved 10 am. We didn't leave until 10:20 because we waited for 2 selfish, privileged women to get themselves out of bed and down to the reception. We should not have waited. They should have been made to wait for the next shuttle or hire a taxi. So if you stay at this hotel don't make the mistake of booking the shuttle thinking it will depart on time. Plan accordingly.

מלון מצוין קרוב לשדה, נוח ממש. יש להם הסעות מהשדה ולשדה. ביקשנו מהצוות אם יוכלו לארוז לנו טייק אווי כי לא נספיק לארוחת הבוקר והם נענו בחיוב וארזו עבורנו.
