"The agreement was not respected"

When I booked this reservation, there was "breakfast included with all options", then they started to change the ad after I had checked this option. Also, I've booked upgraded rooms with a balcony, and our rooms were without a balcony.

"Vue grandiose, superbe établissement"

Très bel établissement, immense avec différentes terrasses d'où la vue sur le hameau est sublime. Une très belle surprise. Le staff est vraiment très gentil et m'a même spontanément donné une chambre plus grande d'où la vue sur le village est grandiose. Très bon wifi Très bon prix : 60euros/nuit ( saison creuse avril )
