The personnel was really nice and the location is amazing

It is an old hotel with small and basic rooms but it is very well maintained and clean.

The location is perfect. It is in the center of Melnik. The staff was nice and open and tried to answer all of our questions.

Firstly they told us that there is no breakfast but when i showed them the reservation from booking they were shocked and gave us the breakfast anyway. They told us that from September there is no longer an option for breakfast because from now on, the restaurant have different owners. So if you want to eat, you have to pay for it like in every other tavern in the town. The room was pretty small but that is not so big of a problem. The floor of the room was uneven and the bed was inclined on one side so i had the feeling of felling of. I know that we are in an old town but when you have one of the highest prices per night in Melnik i expect more. I have visited guest houses and motels in the town and if not the same they were even better for a lot more cheaper.
