Ausgezeichnete Lage des Hotels in Melnik. Das Hotelzimmer hat eine komfortable Größe und sehr gute Ausstattung. Das Frühstück war gut, die Bedienung außergewöhnlich freundlich, zugewandt und hilfreich - ein Highlight! Insgesamt eine preiswerte und empfehlenswerte Wahl für Melnik.

Location was good, on the main street.

It was not clean, the hotel in general is old and run down. There were no clear signs where to find the hotel and there is not clear access, only steps or steep slope by car. It was okay for an overnight stay, no longer.

המקום מאוד גבוה מלא מדרגות,אין מעלית וגם אין מי שיעזור עם המיזודות.

העלייה לבית המלון היתה מאד קשה.יש לטפס 3 עליות מדרגות עד המלון. לא היה שום עזרה מאף אחד על מנת להעלות את המזוודות למעלה.כמו כן בגלל שאין מעלית גם נאלצנו לעלות גם 2 קומות עם המזוודות ברגל

Excellent location, very clean and quiet. Large rooms, very comfortable bed. We like the lobby area and facilities. Not least - there is a parking for the guests, which tipically is problematic in Melnik. We plan to visit Melnik again and stay again at the same hotel.
