Hotel svanseti provided an excellent experience, exceeding all my expectations with great service, comfort, and hospitality. The staff was attentive, and every detail contributed to a perfect stay.

Unbelievable!!!! I recomend everyone that comes to svaneti , no matter what time of the year they come to stay here . The staff were so polite and welcoming . Helped us get around mestia . They upgraded us for free , they were so kind . Its a clean and comfortable place , advise everyone to come only here in mestia . Love this place great experience .

We could upgrade room standard for free to have one balcony for two rooms. It was great, nice view from balcony. Kitchen was nicely equipped in plates, wine glasses and corkscrew. Nice location.

Very cosy, quiet and nice hotel next to the center square in a lovely back street. Perfect to start exploring the wonderful trails surrounding Mestia. The lady manager is very nice and caring, the rooms are clean and the beds very comfy. Don't miss out the amazing sights on Mt Ushba and Peak Tetnuldi, it is really from another world.

It is very comfortable and spacious, offering double beds even for single travellers. There is also a permanently staffed reception desk, with staff who can speak moderate English.

Compared to other hotels in town, this one isn’t very good value for money.
