Lita is a wonderful woman! She's available all the time and made our time there more fun. The hotel is in the center, 2 mins walking which is recommended.

Good location, less than 5 minute walk to the main road/marshrutka stop. Pretty good views from the balconies. Staff friendly and helpful with suggestions for best sights/tours.

Bed uncomfortable (poor mattress), and awkward shower setup (shower head placed next to/nearly on top of toilet). Fair amount of mold in bathroom as well, probably due to the poor drainage/shower setup. Cheaper than other options, but not enough to make up for the lower comfort.
