"This host needs a lesson in managing a business before continuing to try to run one"

This host could really do with a course in "Customer Relationships". Had no communications from them so telephoned a couple of days ahead of check-in date only to be advised that the property is closed for renovations therefore it was not available. DO NOT BOOK THIS ACCOMMODATION UNLESS YOU ARE PREPARED TO BE LEFT STRANDED.

The property is perfectly located in close proximity to the beach in Negril. The owner is a truly wonderful man who is one of the nicest people I have met. He has a laid back attitude and likes to talk to the guests and make them feel welcome and comfortable. My visit to Negril was a leg on my first trip to Jamaica and it was one of my highlights. I plan on returning next year.

"Worst Accommodation in Negril"

Nothing.

The place looked old and unkempt. The property manager was rude and snobbish. The gate was locked uppon my arrival and when i called the number on the gate the owner was very rude asking where am i from. Then stating that the place is fully booked. I eventually left and sought accommodation elsewhere.

Very simple and quiet place to stay..Very reasonable rates.Clean and comfortable. Awesome beach!! Mr.Joseph a very nice person was of great help to us and we felt safe during our stay as well. Enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Westport Cottages.
