call the host and the host advice me that the property is not available when i book the property through bookings.com and it says confirm then the host ask me to cancel on my end then i see if i cancel i would be charge $40 but the hsot did not want to cancel on his end.

The location, Friendly staff Homely atmosphere. I would recommend anyone to stay there. I'LL BE BACK!!!

Location is great, a few minutes from the beach. Joseph, the owner, is a great host. He is very helpful and you can tell that he loves meeting new people.

Nothing, it was a great stay.

The host was really lovely, welcoming and accomodating. As soon as we arrived he gave us all the ins and outs about the community and what to look out for. The rooms were clean and tidy which made us right at home. The property was in a great location, only a two minute walk to the beach. Would highly recommend staying here.

How close it is to the beach and you feel safe and Joseph will help with what you need.

The cottage was an excellent deal for the price. Joseph and staff are extremely attentive and accommodating and very helpful with advice and suggestions to make your stay the best possible

The sound of construction nearby was fairly constant, but that was likely to be done soon

It was quite and James makes you feel comfortable and welcomed.

The room was unbearably hot in the day. The fan didn't help.
