Its basic but it was comfortable The fan was great Very calm and quiet First impressions are worrying but i actually enjoyed my stay The manager is very friendly

"Great place to stay if you like simple!"

Location was great! Right across Coral Seas Beach on 7 Miles. Room and Veranda was great! Beds so comfortable. 10 minutes walk to Bakery and about 20 minutes walk to Woodstock Bar and beach.. Joseph the owner is a sweetheart. Took good care of us. Told us lots of stories. We met some ppl from Cuba, Republic Dominican and even Italy. Room was clean. Fresh towels. Never ran out of anything. Overall great experience. Always felt safe.. and would definitely go back.

It's a bit older looking and definitely needs a bit of maintenance. Wish shared kitchen was cleaner. Lots of dishes were left dirty in sink by other guests. But really only negative thing I have to say. Overall really great!
