Very good value for money for a small simple room for one night. Was clean.

Since it's in a complex with a bar and has a hostel vibe, there's cigarette smoke in some of the common areas. No elevator or assistance for heavy bag up 1 or 2 stairs, but if you're a backpacker that shouldn't be a problem

Cozy little rooms, comfortable mattress, AC, hangers, chair, kettle, everywhere very clean, lots of spaces to sit and chill throughout the building, friendly staff, great breakfast included, 5 minute walk to train station

Mild sewage odor at times in the bathroom, super loud music from the bar downstairs but only on Saturdays

I only stayed one night, which was really cool because I was able to watch local musicians, because I love music. The music was loud until about 1 am, which didn't disturb my sleep. The bed was comfortable and they provided towels at no extra cost.

They need to do an inspection before the infestation gets worse, but I found some carpet beetles in the bed, luckily there were only a few. Another point is that there is no hot water in the showers, even in hot weather I struggle to take cold showers, I know it's a personal characteristic, but at least a shower with hot water would be nice to have.

Clean simple room with AC. Bed super comfortable. Close to the fest ferry harbour to go to Mentawai. The hostel has a bar downstairs- good food at cheap prices, the springrolls were crazy good, Bintang was cheap as well.

Shower got the bathroom all wet - not very practical. The wall of the room was made of glass bottles - a lot of light got inside the room. 100k Rp of deposit in cash on arrival that we didn’t knew about it.

Location for the fast ferry is good

Far to noisy

Nice clean and simple rooms above a really cool bar and club. Good for a night out and sleep after. Close to mentawai fast boat. Good location.

Ok for me but maybe a warning for those who don’t know the music will be really loud from the club downstairs until 1am
