Beautiful rooms embedded into the lush Forest.

This is the most wonderful place! Warm welcome and great staff. Great design and comfort. Wonderful dinner. A couple of steps through lovely garden and trees and you are at a little beach on the river, relax on the sunbeds provided, hear the river breaking on the rocks, some birds and watch the groups of rafting boats floating by. Magical atmosphere.

The property is beautiful, and the room that we had was very nice. It is an oasis just outside of Pucon. The parks are not far and the city is closeby. There is an amazing access to the river at the back of the property with a couple of beaches to relax and watch the rafting tours passing by. The property is highly recommended.

I think that the dinner menu should be simplified and fixed daily. This would allow for a simpler process in preparation for what essentially is a boutique hotel. No complaints, but this may help the property have a more efficient operation especially with the dinner service.

The hotel was clearly understaffed. They tried their best but at dinner they were clearly not here nor there.

Great staff. Great bed with a great view to the woods. Quietness.

Breakfast could be a bit better given the hotel fees (eg good yogurt instead of cheap supermarket yogurt) and there’s almost no place to store luggage of hang one’s clothes in the room.

Very nice lodge in the heart of the woods and by the river. Also very well maintained building with a fireplace in the main salon, giving a true relaxing accent. Breakfast simple but very tasty and could tailor made. Experienced and ready to help staff.

This was the most beautiful hotel I've ever seen. The rooms are nestled in the forest with big windows looking out into the trees. You can hear the river from the rooms, and there is a beach if you decide to swim. The dining room is beautifully decorated with a central fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows looking out into the trees. The meals we ate at the lodge were definitely the best of our whole trip, particularly the vegetarian options which were delicious! The staff was attentive and incredibly welcoming and helpful. We wish we could have stayed longer and hope we'll have the chance to return!

Overall, we had a delightful stay. The hotel staff is amazing, so caring and professional: a special thank you to Sofi, Valeria and Diego. The food was also terrific, so much so that we had every meal at the hotel! Huge thanks to Juan Carlos. I must also add that I Loved the huge and comfy bed!
