Superb location 2 minutes from the center and the lagoon. Staff are exceptionally attentive, lovely welcome and always on hand to help. Room cleaned daily with all bedding changed Excellent wi-fi

The water pressure for the shower was very low but I think this is pretty common for Bacalar
