"Horrible place that should not be allowed to be open"

This place should not be allowed to be open

Staff was not present during stay, we were abandonded. Front office guy told us at checkout he has another job to make ends meet, admitting he wasn’t at the hotel during our stay. TV broken. No plug for coffee machine. No warm water.

"Nice location but poorly managed"

The lake is perfect temperature and beautiful

Horrible smell coming out of the restroom since day 1 and the staff couldn’t fix it

"Superb"

It has very private access to the lagoon as it is far away from other hotels. You can have the lagoon for yourself. The hotel has equipment for kayaking & paddleboarding, which brings a variety to the activities in the lagoon. The view & hotel facilities are great for a relaxing holiday.

Food in the hotel's restaurant is very good but slow.
