L'emplacement à côté de la gare est parfait pour se rendre au centre de Londres en 30 min. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est très bon ! Le lit principal dans la chambre familiale était très confortable.

L'eau de la douche était trop chaude et nous ne pouvions pas la régler. Nous étions dans une chambre familiale double et le canapé convertible n'était vraiment pas confortable.

Very poor customer service. I booked the room by error for June instead of Jan. They wouldn't cancel and made me pay for both event though I won't be staying there in June 2026. I tried to change the date 2 after booking but they wouldn't change it.
