The room itself was amazing for the price. Clean, large and well appointed with a smart TV. It was downstairs from the reception and I thought it would be a basement affair sans window but no it was OK, was fenestrated!

Unfortunately, the receptionist had been smoking in the basement lavatory just before I arrived. It smelt disgusting throughout. Later he played music on a speaker in the lobby from his phone and this annoyed me I could hear it in the room. Finally he sat sprawled on the couch in reception eating his dinner. It's a really bad look for what could be a very fancy hotel.

It was very cold in the room, and there was no heater The water in the shower was either too hot, or the pressure dropped very much if you added cold water Payment by card did not work and the staff does not know what to do in such situations, I had to withdraw cash, at least they let me sleep first, and the next day I was already looking for an ATM A cockroach ran by once Nobody washes slippers between visitors Quiet noise during the day, because of building processes on opposite side

The hotel requires deposit when messaging privately which doesn’t state in the terms and conditions of Booking of “No Credit Card Required. Free cancellation. They called guests to ask for deposit. When being confronted over the phone of using Booking as a platform, they said it’s their rules that’s why they messaged privately. We have submitted all evidence to booking.com with their private chat. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE.

I was satisfied with the accommodation. Everything was O.K. I recommend
