An Nhi Hotel

The room is really nice with a lot of details and decor. You can open the whole window front (which is mentioned as a balcony) which is really nice. The bed is comfortable and the room gets cleaned every day if you wish. The neighbourhood is quiet.

The location is not the best, not so central, but okay. The staff does not speak English at all! (one of them tried, but it was really hard to comunicate). We also had the impression of not being very welcome. The other guests all were vietnamese (also in the reviews it seems like most of the guests are from Vietnam) and were treated totally different. One of the receptionists did not even great us when we passed him. The feelings were really not nice there. On our last day we had to leave the hotel at 4 am to catch a bus and we asked for a taxi. They told.us grab is not available in the morning so they booked a taxi for us and wanted way too much money for it. In the end we waited until 4:10 and no one came, so we got a grab (EASILY!!) for a third of the price.. we felt like they just wanted to rip us off.
