Some of the staff were helpful.

The room didn't feel like it was worth the price. It was very small and stuffy. The place is also very loud. You can hear other guests as well as staff. The sink tap kept malfunctioning - sometimes it was hard to get any water. It says that it is wheelchair friendly because they have a lift inside. But the entrance is a slightly long staircase - so not fully wheelchair accessible.
