It's a service apartment situated at a prime location accessible by nearest Metro station but lacks food joints nearby you will have to look further for food joints else food delivery platforms surely work well. Compliments to the Management for having a team of courteous and attentive staff. The rooms are well-maintained, offering excellent value for money. Surely recommend this property. Special mention of the tea centre (Devi Tea & Coffee Bar) next to the property, good for quick bites.

Bad smoking smell and got inserts ( Cockroaches 🪳🪳🪳)

We booked a family room, but upon arrival, we were informed that the room wasn't ready because other guests had extended their stay. We were then forced to take a double room, which was located downstairs in what seemed like an old storage room. The room lacked basic amenities like a shower, had a broken door lock, no dustbin, and was filled with mosquitoes. We had to repeatedly inform the cleaner and reception about these issues. There were only two cleaners available, and the cleaning service was extremely delayed. We had to constantly adjust and wait for them to attend to our needs, which added to our frustration. Eventually, we were moved to an upstairs double room, but the experience was still far from satisfactory. The hotel is very old, and the online pictures do not match the reality we encountered. We are extremely unhappy with the service.

1. We booked a family room and we reached at 2am to find out that the room was not available and some other family had extended their stay. I don't understand why the other family cannot move out as the room was already confirmed for us. And I even received a confirmed message from the hotel 2 days before my arrival. Had to settle for 2 separate rooms which was not clean and had a lot of cockroaches and mosquitoes. Had to spray our own disinfectant.. The beds were not even ready and we had to tell them before they realised it. It was 2am and I had a lot of luggage so had to make do with the situation. I have 4 people with me including my mum and 2 young kids.

I like the room smell very nicr.....and the bed also so comfortable
