Staff were nice and friendly

There were phones ringing all the time at the coridor through out the night. Loud voices people banging over night I didn’t have a good night sleep while I stayed there. WiFi issues as well couldn’t use it! We requested the room to not be cleaned for a few days but they didn’t clean it the days we didn’t request. The bathroom is a wet room which makes everything a mess, toilet roll was tiny never enough and it had a bad smell.

少し部屋の外の騒がしさが伝わってきて、違う部屋の電話のコールなどが大きく聞こえました。 またチェックアウト後荷物を預けて、タクシーを待っているタイミングでパスポートを返却されたので、チェックイン時からフロントにあったということで少し不安でした。すぐに出てしまっていたら危なかったです。もちろん忘れていたわたしも悪いのですが。。。

Most staff were nice and hotel was fairly clean.

1. Got ripped off by the rate I got from this app. I paid even more than their best room for a regular room. I paid 5600 INR per night for a room that is worth 3000 INR at best. 2. Their card machine didn’t accept any of my credit cards. Even though they worked everywhere else during my trip. The night staff wouldn’t let us check in without paying for the whole stay, even though the first night was already paid off. It was around 12 at night and I had to take some trouble to make the payment. The night staff should have been more helpful. 3. There is no hot water option on the sink tap. 4. There is no shower area in the tiny washroom. When we take shower, the whole washroom gets wet. 5. There was a persistent stench of drain in the washroom 6. Wifi was always patchy and they kept changing password everyday. 7. Didn’t like the breakfast.
