"Needs improvement on wifi network and cleanliness"

Check in and check out was smooth. Staff was friendly and helped with luggage.

Network and wifi didn't work. TV also didn't connect to hotel network and staff couldn't get it to work. Room could have been cleaner and service could be better. For tea/coffee, small plastic cups are given - this should be changed. Hotel location isn't great.

"Bad experience at 3 bedroom apartment."

Apartment design and Netflix

The location. Apartment not sound proofed. Had renovation middle of night 3.30am on the 1st night and we just checked in at 1.30am. Front desk did nothing about it. One of the room didn't hv hot water and our bedsheets were not clean too.
