Facilities provided by MANAGER ANTO IS VERY GOOD. he handles the hotel very well n made the stay very comfortable

Location was good. Room was spacious. Staff behavior was good.

Soap/hair wash/body wash and Toilet soap not provided. Bedsheet seemed to be used....however they changed when requested.

Did not have breakfast

The room was not ready even when I reported there and I was asked to wait as there was some work going on. I had to wait for 30 minutes. I ended upto paying for a 30-40 stay while I paid for 24 hrs. I had booked the room from 8th Feb (12.00 hrs) till 9th Feb (12.00 hrs) and had informed in advance to the staff (David, Regina) that I'llbe coming only on 9th morning at 7.30 AM. I had called and informed the staff even on 9th morning at around 7 AM that I'll be there in about 30 minutes. Despite this the room was not ready. Moreover, finally the room provided to me was in very poor condition. There was no warm water. Pathetic condition. I was also not provided receipt for the payment when I asked for. I ended up reaching late to my meeting on account of this pathetic service.

The staff were very welcoming and the rooms are clean and spacious and good value for money and above all the hospitality is so amazing.

would like little upgrades and nothing more

The staff is very friendly and kind, Mr. Jeeva helped us with early checkin, the room is very spacious and big, budget friendly hotel.
