They didn’t gave the room as they have given room to walk in customer and asked to come at 6pm instead of 12:00 noon, after lot of follow up manager told me come and he will arrange other hotel which he has offered with higher rate of Rs. 2500/- secondly even he was not agreed the rate Rs. 1170/- which booked through you. Considering urgency I booked room at Rs. 2075/- in same building. Its very unprofessional way of approach so I would request you to delist such hotel from your list
