"I hv stay with my spouse nd small kids but suffered a lot of problems. Best for 1 person."

Nothing except WiFi service nd location.

Behaviour of staff. Size of room. Cleanliness. Bathroom shower. No provide small furniture like tea table. I hv injured nd bleeded to my right leg through sharp edge of bed due to narrow space. This type of room should be best for single person. Overall very bad nd poor experience.

it was mentioned I would have a balcony in the description of the hotel. But when I reached the location the staff replied by saying that they have never provided a balcony to their customers. So why was the balcony mentioned if the hotel didn't have any? Please keep in mind the minute details
