Very dishonest hotel management, who denied rooms just couple hours before check-in even after booking rooms a week in advance. They don't mind about not providing room for advance booking and didn't try for any alternate arrangements. It is difficult when you travel with Family and aged persons when you see such unprofessional hotel management who doesn't understand importance of advance bookings.

Location is closer to good eating place Sangeetha Veg, property is clean for untidy and narrow lane street. Difficult for big vehicle to enter.

The staff is slow and often skip cleaning the room and bedsheets. It gets dusty and we got dust allergy afterwards. Also surrounding is smelly when you open the window. The rooms are tight fit but was ok since my father could hold something always for his shaky walk.

Excellent location , Specially very convinient for US consulate work ( Bio-metrics , Consular iNTERVIEW )

Parking facility is an issue .. For Guests atleast Bottled water to be served instead of filter water. Tea / Coffee shouls be available for immediate requirement within Hotel.

I could search for food from other restaurants

size of the room was too small . Bed sheet and blanket looked bad not upto the expectations.
