* Staff from security to recept were exceptional *wifi was perfect * aircon worked well * Shower was clean * towels were clean

* Music Noise from 7pm to around 3am *tv only played 1 channel * Room had human hair on the floor *windows were dirty * Duvet Cover had holes * shampoo had been used * No bar fridge and no options to be given ice cubes for free, rather they sell it * tea/coffee items are very limited

There was no hot water in the morning. And secondly the air con was not working. And the TV reception was poor.
