Everything, the room was cold because the window wouldn't close properly, water was cold, there was a sound not sure if it was the Geyser or what but it was very loud throughout the night.

I have stayed a few times, enjoy the place but most of the rooms have things that don't work or are damaged.

The stuff was helpful and friendly.

There issue with parking. There was no brown sugar in my room. In-house telephones was not working had to use my phone I was told am not getting anything to drink coffee or juice if requested for breakfast pack. Was very disappointed because the breakfast is included.

Not at all what I expected and the confusion between the two locations is just so confusing.

was first accepted for the proper botique hotel, next day was moved to a horrible location, I did not like that at all.
