The aircon was not working, no WiFi, too much noise

Receptionist was so friendly and parking was safe

TV channels was a problem I was unable to watch football and soppies.

Food was amazing The view from windows at night It was clean. Comfortable bed Restuarants was good

Parking space too small TV cannot connect to internet Plugs not working in the morning Shower heads were not fixed

Upon arrival the receptionist was so kind and helpful but honestly he was the best part of the whole experience

Some listed items on room amenities were not available e.g satellite tv, hairdryer and Internet connectivity had very bad range limitations even inside the room . We spotted roaches in the bathroom and on the walls, the safe box was not functional, the bathroom had a musty smell and the shower was so bad that every time we used it we had to place a towel on the floor so that water will not run out and fill up in the room floor (as we all know that marble tiles and a wet surface can result in very serious injuries)
