Uyen's House

The house is located in the center, easy to approach famous places in Condao. There are many restaurants, juice bars and coffee shops surrounding. The owner is very friendly and warm. We came so early after a long night flight from Hanoi but she arranged a room for us as soon as possible.

Because the house is in the center of the town, it is quite noisy.

The plants inside. The park view room. And location. The host Uyen was really good with guests. If we are visiting con dao again. We will surely book it again. Would love to visit again. Love from india 🇮🇳🇮🇳.

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

The owner was super helpful and friendly. Not just responsive to questions but instead actively went out of her way to make the stay better by providing food unprompted, suggesting beaches and restaurants etc. Location was cool too. You can walk anywhere in town. Dorm set up is super relaxed, and although not modern, is very comfortable. The place attracts foreign travellers who are similarly chill and friendly. It isn't a party place, but it's easy to make friends and then go out for dinner and a few drinks. Those nights, I think, are often better than the clubbing on the mainland.

Had an amazing stay at Uyen’s House! The location is perfect, close to many restaurants/cafes and nice beaches. It’s also possible to rent motorbikes at her house to explore the island. The dorms are really comfortable with single beds instead of bunkbeds. Uyen is so very kind and helpful and makes you feel right at home. She took really good care of me when I felt a bit ill for a couple of days. She also has a beautiful garden with the cutest cats walking around. Would totally recommend staying here! Thanks for everything Uyen!❤️

Amazing place in Con Dao. uyen’s house is exactly what we need when we visite Con Dao Island. Uyen is a cute woman, she gives some advertising info, helpful and you feel like home. Thanks you for the hospitality !!

Uyen's House is a beautiful and very clean spacious place at a perfect location. There are beaches and a lot of nice restaurants at walking distance. Also you can rent a scooter, which I would really recommend to travel around the island. As a solo traveler, I stayed at the dorms, which gave me a nice oppertunity to meet some others as well. With the mosquito-nets it felt I had enough privacy in the dorm also. Uyen is very friendly and helpful! She showed me where to find nice (vegetarian) restaurants, gave me a lot of space and freedom to do my own thing but also loved to sit with me for a small chat (or to pet the very cute cats and kittens that also live there). She also offerd me some delicious fruits, showed me the best beaches and helped me travel back to the airport. I can really recommend this place! :)
