大浴場があるのでゆっくりお湯に浸かって疲れをとることができました。 ラウンジでソフトドリンクやアルコールが無料なのにはびっくりしました。夜のラウンジの雰囲気も良かったです。

我住得是No.21的公寓式房型，房間非常的大，還有小廚房，雖然飯店公告說電磁爐不要拿來煮東西，只能燒熱水，但如果只是要加熱食物或飲料也有微波爐可以用，還有滾筒洗衣機可以洗脫烘非常實用 本館還有大浴場跟飲料bar可以使用，浴場入口還有免費冰棒泡完澡可以享用，飲料bar種類也蠻多的，是個舒適的空間 下次還想再來

離車站很近 附近也有711 房間雖小但空間規劃很合理 玄關廚房和房間是分開的 房間也足夠打開兩個行李箱 以這個價位來說很ok

天神に近く、先着順の駐車場も広く出し入れ自由なのが良かった。シングルルームだったが、コンパクトなテーブルと椅子があり荷物置き場に困らなかった。

フロント男性の電話対応が最悪。ナビの指示で着いたら入口に、LEDでGAIAの文字。だがどう見ても賃貸マンションだったので電話で問い合わせると「系列の物件がたくさんあります。もう一度住所を確認してお越し下さい」との事。ホテル名で検索したので再度ナビに住所を入力すると「目的地に着きました」の表示。よくよく見るとホテルの真横だった。物件の特徴も告げたので調べれば隣の物件と分かったはず。不親切。 大型のバスタブは良かったが、底にこびりついた汚れと亀裂のようなものがあって気になった。ユニットバスのトイレのタンク部分と便器がずれているのも気になった。西鉄大牟田線がすぐ近くなので電車の通過音がかなりうるさい。
