部屋が広いこと。 駅から近く、繁華街からも歩ける範囲であること。

3泊したが、連日深夜早朝隣室との壁からドンドン振動を伴う騒音があり全く安眠出来なかった。 隣室が宿泊客なら運が悪かったと思うところだが、最後の日に隣室がリネン室であったことに気付いた。深夜早朝に出入りするなら静かにしなければならないのでは？ その他諸々↓ 設備が古く、テレビ台の表面が剥がれていた。 隣の建物側の部屋で一日中光が入らない。 壁紙やベッドカバーのトーンが暗く、部屋の暗さや調度の剥がれなどと相まって気持ちが暗くなる。 ユニットバスとの段差が高く危ない。 枕がペラペラのスポンジ。 コインランドリーの乾燥機を開けると綿ぼこりが舞う 比較的安価で口コミ点数が高かったので選びましたが、点数を信じてはならないと改めて思いました。
