"The room was disappointing and misleading"

The location and staff were amazing.

The listing had tub marked yes but after seeing we didn’t have one we were informed ‘tub’ is a yes but ‘tub/shower’ was also a yes so it can be either. If that’s true tub shouldn’t be a check mark only tub/shower should be. It should be one or the other it’s misleading. It’s also not clear the balcony that’s advertised is shared with the neighbors in the next room. Also misleading. The room also had many many spider webs. Additionally the coffee pot appeared to have rust mold or something on the opening. I still believe we should have been given some kind of refund.
