The room was small and dirty and did not have intercom facility. We have to go to the reception for every small thing. The location is very poor. The hotel is far away from MG market and no cab stops in front of hotel as it's not permitted. Only option is to walk for miles to go somewhere. Hotel main gate gate gets closed from 8 PM to 8 AM and you can not go out between this time.

"Excellent stay with spacious rooms."

The breakfast and food overall was good - homely, ideal for parents and kids.The location is good too, ideal to cover the local spots, in close proximity with MG marg, rope way, Chorten Gumpa.

Everything and everyone was fantastic, only one day there was some electricity issue that can be improved.

Location is very good and the stuffs very polite and helpful. Food is nice too. The room is very big with beautiful mountain view.

"Truly blissful stay"

It was awesome stay with great hospitality and clean rooms . All our Gangtok needs were met by hotel, cabs from airport and travel were also taken care of. It was truly a blissful stay. Host(Ayon), really helpful and good person. Thanks.
