dont ever book this property online.they will cancel your booking without any prior information.and you will wander here and there with your kids to find a hotel in late night.i had very bad experience of this property .

Staff behaviour was the best part of my stay. They are helpful answer all your query with smile. Smile on face of owner will solve your half the issue. Owner helped us to book site seeing cab and bargain well on our behalf. Breakfast was light healthy and good, I would suggest to take breakfast and dinner at hotel only. Dinner was also light and tasty just mix of home and restaurant taste. View from room is awesome. We were lucky to see mountain first morning after that it was fog everyday. Putting the photo here taken from balcony.

There was no almirah in room, used clothes was here and there on sofa and chair which I personally don't like. We visited in June and needed fan which is yet not in culture in Gangtok.

Good staff behaviour and the place was also nice cozy and comfy. Beautiful mountain view from the sitting area. Kudos to the team and management, loved the stay ❤️

Exhaust fan in wash room Not working, staff said nothing can be done, I reached at 2 PM but was asked to fresh up only after 5 PM as there is no water, room was very poorly lighted, No ventilation in the room , suffered suffocation. Had planned to stay more but had to move out
