Staff behaviour

First of all location, it is near by MG road, with in 5mint u can reach Mgroad..second thing is that..Hotel head and their staff.. specially they three boys..so kind and helpful..

Each and every thing is appropriate..staff members...and head..hotel's location is awesome..near mg road..

Manager of this hotel samresh and staff are very nice, polite and good behaviour. Service is very good.

Manager Mr. Samaresh was really a gentleman, very good behavior, very cooperative.

BView was exilent, very close to MG road. A clear view of kanchan janga.

They have no more options in breakfast, They provide a towel only, dont change bedshit.bathroom was in very poor conditions.

The staff, specially the manager, sitting on reception found to be discortseous in first meeting and proved to be a very rude man, on check out. He cleverly, did not provide complementary breakfast, as was in the package, and on enquiry, blamed me for not accepting the complementary breakfast. Any body will why refuse for c b f, when he selects hotels providing CBF. Secondly, on every enquiry made by me, he replied rubish on both days, and this was the height of his misbehaviour on the time of checkout, when I photographed him for his complaint, he lost his temper and shouted at me alongwith all his staff boys. During night hours, he switched off power supply of my room, which I came to know in the morning, when my phone was not charged. I m ready to share his photograph, if required.

Everything, except location of the hotel.

Breakfast was good as requested. Location of the hotel is just 100 mtr from mall road.
